Speaking of diet pills, Phentermine 37.5 mg seems to be hitting the market fast. It has become quite popular in the past few months. Personally I tend to think using diet pills puts some unnecessary risk on the individual because you ingest foreign substances that may not be entirely acceptable to your system. And I always believed that when it came to medicine, moderation and proper prescription should always be the key. Its ok to go for diet pills, so long as it is properly prescribed and is supported first by a medical evaluation for the user to ensure there are no adverse effects on the body. We hear a lot of horror stories about medicine allergies and its so scary. In the end though, a person's perception and confidence in herself/himself would have to be the best diet pill there is in the market.
