We were finally able to complete all the loan requirements.  As of this afternoon, the title has also been annotated. Yehey!  That means we will be able to get our loan proceeds within the week. Whew! Just in time for Jessica's party. Cool.  I need the money. hehe... Now, the next step, is to know when our amortizations will be due.  Dont want to have to request for foreclosure help from anyone. I mean, hubby and I pride ourselves in being independent individuals, its important to us that we stand by our commitments.  No matter what they may be.... 
Anyway, too early to think about such sad stuff.  Life is too short to be sad anyway.  Next step: Move out of the apartment and into our new home!
