Finally! We already got the title of the house. Unfortunately we only got to hold it for a day at least because we gave the original title to the bank already to get the loan proceeds next week. well, hopefully all will be well by next week already. we plan to move in by may 31 and hopefully everything will go well from there. anyhow, yesterday jerome told me about this commercial real estate opportunity somewhere in batangas. its a beach front property and one can actually put up a resort there. It would cost around Php 600k. Not bad for an investment in the future. Well, too bad we can't afford it just yet, but I think its something to think about in the future.
