With the recent updates on the title transfer and out moving out by May to our own house, I kinda got to thinking the rationale why the sellers of our house may have their own anxieties as well.  I am not saying I am fully understanding why there seem to be sudden changes given that we also have our own priorities, but one of the issues that might be scary from their end is that they will be starting with a new life, an entirely new one, and they are uncertain with their future in the US.  For one, I was looking at Corpus Christi real estate options, and though they are many, they may take some time to look at, and they are not even sure if they will get what they really want.  Sure real estate is a bit cheaper there these days with the recession and all, but who's to say what is good and what's not when you're a newcomer in a country, with only prayers and reason guiding you. and then there's no turning back because there is nothing to go back to here.
