i realize that when we finally move out, there is more to consider than before when we were renting, and decisions need to be made on more than a few things.  one would be security.  in as much as we got used to having a security guard within the premises, now the issue of ensuring the house's security would be solely ours.  Of course, we can only spend so much for it.  So much so that we probably won't resort to buying motion sensor lights anytime soon.  it may be a good idea but it won't make sense. haha... vigilance would probably most important to keep.  Well, I need to ensure we change locks as soon as we move in, including the gate locks.  That's the first in the list.  Don't worry I'll be thinking of more security measures in the coming days...
