History of Floppies

Remember when people used those soft floppy disks? People had to be very, very careful because these disks were so vulnerable to data being destroyed.  Then came the harder-cased, smaller floppies, though these still cannot be trusted as much.  Then came CD's and DVD's, with the only sad thing about them being not as convenient because you would need CD or DVD writers.  What came out that is really a hit are the usb flash drives, which you can carry,  around anywhere.  What's so nice about it is that over the last few months the capacities of these flash drives have gone up to as much as 8GB!  and its bound to get better.  Truly, they are an innovation that won't be replaced too soon.
