on vacations
Pressures at work are piling up. Busyyyyy seems to be an old word already in our department. Thing is, a VACATION is something now that I look forward to every so often, it seems weekends are just a short respite from all the stress and sometimes not even. I seemed to remember that a few years back work was just work, it was a career in the sense that I knew what I wanted and I knew where I wanted to be in a few years, and getting there was easy. Now that I have switched companies, I know I can get there but getting there meant a lot of long hours and sacrifice. But of course, I was never one to sacrifice family over anything, no matter how busy work can get.
So I wish I had more vacation time. What with the many airplane fare promotions going on, no place is too near nor too far. And what's more, there are even a lot of good hotel reservation deals on the Internet, that its never too hard to find the one place you'd like to stay in. The good thing about the site is that it is very flexible, it has more than a thousand hotel and resort destinations, all available at one click! While before, planning for a vacation was just as stressful as work, now it can all be done in the comfort of the home of office, at your spare time, without having to spend gas and use the telephone till your ears ache, to find out all the information you need for that particular resort or hotel, because now you can just click on the destination and find out how the hotel is, and if it is a good match for your taste and your budget. and if it isn't you move on to the next. Vacations are now blissful ones, not another one to cause headaches and add stress to my already stressful life.
