On in-laws and living on your own
I've been a member of a particular e-group for the past several years. The e-group is really a good resource for family matters, simple house and childhood rearing stuff. Its something like "read what you need and let go of the rest", there's no need to look at everything that's written and said, but some topics can be pretty much interesting. Like this one: living with the in-laws. It started with a simple rant or a question about living with in-laws and simple conflict resolutions, but there were several replies to that about similar experiences, advice, the other side (where the in-laws are so much appreciated). It really is a balanced forum of sorts. There's no one answer, as there can never be a wrong or right answer anyway. But it was fun to read, a lot of thoughts would come to mind. And you get to appreciate what you have.
